Privacy notice
This is a plain-language description of what this website collects, why, and what happens to it. It covers this public website only.

What this site collects
This site has one form: the design-partner enquiry form. If you choose to submit it, we receive exactly what you typed into it:
- Your name.
- Your work email address.
- Your company.
- Your role.
- Your primary interest, selected from a fixed list.
- Your description of your current validation challenge, if you chose to write one.
- The fact that you ticked the consent box.
Our hosting provider processes the submission on our behalf and, as part of delivering it, records ordinary technical information such as the time of submission and the originating IP address. We do not use that information for profiling or advertising.
What this site does not collect
- No tracking cookies. This site sets no cookies of its own.
- No third-party analytics, advertising pixels, or session-recording tools.
- No embedded third-party fonts, scripts, or content.
- No phone number, environment size, budget, or pricing expectations.
- No production endpoint data. This public website does not collect, receive, or process any data from your endpoints, your estate, or your users.
Why we collect it
One reason: to contact you by email about the Regression Scout design-partner program, and to have a useful conversation when we do. That is the purpose you consent to when you tick the box on the form.
We do not add you to a marketing list, and we do not use your details for any unrelated purpose. If we ever wanted to, we would ask you first.
We do not sell your data
We do not sell, rent, trade, or otherwise make your information available to third parties for their own purposes. The only parties who see it are the people at Regression Scout running the design-partner program, and the service providers that host this site and deliver our email, who process it on our instructions and for no other reason.
How long we keep it
We keep design-partner enquiries only as long as the conversation is live, plus a limited period afterwards so we can follow up sensibly. In practice that means we delete an enquiry within 24 months of our last contact with you, and sooner if you ask.
If you tell us you are not interested, we remove your details rather than keeping them on file.
How to see, correct, or remove your details
Email privacy@regressionscout.com from the address you used on the form, and tell us what you want: a copy of what we hold, a correction, or removal.
We will action removal requests and confirm back to you. You do not need to give a reason, and you do not need to use any particular wording.
Depending on where you live, you may also have statutory rights over your personal data, including rights of access, correction, deletion, and objection. Contacting us at the address above is the way to exercise them.
Changes to this notice
If what we collect or what we do with it changes, we will update this page and change the date at the top. Regression Scout is an early-stage product, so this notice describes a deliberately small footprint; we would rather narrow it than widen it.
